Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov said during the discussion of the Bill on Public-Private Partnership, submitted today for discussion at the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.
The minister said that this increases the government's need for financing for other important infrastructure projects, which creates pressure to a certain extent:
"This bill is expected to help finance other infrastructure projects and significantly reduce dependence on direct government funding."
