October 12, Fineko/abc.az. A lawsuit has been filed against Caspian Fish Co Azerbaijan LLC, which is engaged in the production of caviar and fish products in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that a protocol has been drawn up against the company under Article 464 of the Code of Administrative Offences.

The company has been charged with tax evasion in small amounts, failure to pay fees on unemployment insurance, compulsory health insurance or compulsory state social insurance.

If the claim finds its application, then Caspian Fish will be fined in the amount of 30% to 70% of the amount of taxes and payments that have become direct objects of an administrative offense.

The case will be considered at the Absheron District Court under the chairmanship of Judge Vagif Hasanov. The preliminary meeting is scheduled for 26 October.
