September 2, Fineko/abc.az. The U.S. received a warrant for the arrest of a $45 million aircraft owned by PJSC Lukoil.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the statement published on Wednesday on the website of the U.S. Department of Justice.

The document stresses that the corresponding warrant was issued by the court of the Southern District of Texas. The reason for issuing a warrant for the confiscation of the aircraft was that it "flew to and from Russia in violation of the sanctions imposed by the U.S. Department of Commerce against Russia".
