August 26, Fineko/abc.az. Business will soon return to the Lachin district of Azerbaijan, said Orkhan Mammadov, chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, according to ABC.AZ.

"Business will accelerate the reintegration of Lachin into our economy and the development of the district. Together with the relevant structures, the Agency will make every effort to this end," he said.
