Barkindo: OPEC ready to consider possibilities of expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan

May 29, Fineko/abc.az. OPEC Secretary General Mohammed Barkindo has taken part in the ceremony of opening of the Southern Gas Corridor Project.

Mr. Barkindo stated that the SGC is the result of cooperation between oil and gas companies.

"We’re ready to discuss with Azerbaijan the possibility of broadening cooperation. Cooperation between OPEC and non-OPEC countries should be developed," Mr. Barkindo emphasized.
