July 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has published data on the population.
ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that since the beginning of the year the country's population has increased by 22,781 people or 0.2% and as of 1 June 2022 amounted to 10.179 million people.
Urban residents make up 52.9% of the population and rural residents - 47.1%. The proportion of men and women is the same.
