May 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is taking measures aimed at simplifying farmers' access to financial resources.

The Ministry of Agriculture reports that tomorrow the State Rural Project & Loan Management Service will sign the Protocol of Intentions with a number of banks and non-bank credit organizations.

"The Protocol is signed with the purpose to provide access to financing for farmers and agricultural producers," the MoA said in a statement.
