July 8, Fineko/abc.az. The period to be taken into account when assigning labor pension in case of loss of a breadwinner will be increased.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the amendment to the Law on Personalized Accounting in the State Social Insurance System, which was discussed at today's session of the parliament.

The amendments envisage the taking into account, in addition to the period of employment, the periods not related to employment, but included in the social insurance experience of the policyholder, including in the case of automated pension assignment, as well as in the appointment of a survivor's labor pension to his family members in accord with the Law on Labor Pensions in connection with death of the policyholder.

After discussions, the amendments were put to the vote and adopted in the 3rd reading.
