June 22, Fineko/abc.az. A wind power plant will be constructed in Lachin-Kalbajar district.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the Cabinet-endorsed Action Plan for the creation of a green energy zone in the liberated territories.

Under the Action Plan, the Ministry of Energy, together with Azerenergy, should ensure the construction of a wind farm in Lachin-Kalbajar district.

In 2022-2026, the Ministry should ensure the preparatory work on the project, the signing of contracts and the construction of a 400 MW plant.
