Heat supply to consumer may be stopped in this case

June 17, Fineko/abc.az. It is established in which cases the energy supply company can stop supplying heat to the consumer.

ABC.AZ reports that this was noted at the Milli Majlis meeting. According to the amendment, the supply of thermal energy is stopped in the following cases:

- If there is a corresponding written request from the consumer (indicating the reason and the term of termination of the supply of thermal energy);

- In case of non-payment in full of the relevant finances within 1 month after the presentation (indication) to the consumer of the bill for thermal energy supplied by the energy supply company to the consumer;

- in the absence of a relevant agreement with the power supply company;

The amendments were adopted after discussion and put to the vote in the 3rd reading.
