June 10, Fineko abc.az. An auction for the placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented registered bonds of Bank Respublika in the amount of AZN 5 million has been held at the Baku Stock Exchange.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that four investors submitted 4 orders during the auction. The total amount of orders reached AZN 5 million. As a result of the auction, the entire volume of the issued bonds was placed – AZN 5 million. The securities will be in circulation for 2 years. Their annual yield is 8.5%. Interests will be paid quarterly.

The maturity of the bonds is 2 years. The coupon yield is 8.5% per annum (coupon payment - once every 3 months). The maturity date is 10 June 2024.

The underwriter of the process is investment company ABB-Invest.
