Oil gets cheaper, and Brent is at $113.96 a barrel

June 2, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Thursday’s trading.

At the London ICE Futures Exchange the August’s Brent crude futures fell by $2.33 (2.00%) to $113.96 per barrel by 09:23 am. Following the trading on 1 June, the price of August’s Brent crude futures increased by $0.69 (0.6%) up to $116.29 per barrel.

At the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the July’s WTI oil futures decreased in price by $2.37 (2.06%) to $112.89 per barrel by 09:22 am. Following the trading on 1 June, the price of WTI oil futures for July grew by $0.59 (0.52%) up to $115.26 per barrel.
