ABC.AZ with reference to the foreign media that only 4% of Russians are on Instagram for more than 5 minutes a day.

The number of Facebook users among the Russian population has decreased 3fold over the same period. After Instagram was blocked in Russia, the time that Russians spend on the social network per day decreased by 13 times.

On 14 March, Roskomnadzor added Instagram to the register of banned sites and began blocking the resource.
