April 20, Fineko/abc.az. The decision on the use of frozen Russian assets will be made at the global level.

ABC.AZ reports that the decision on whether to use the frozen reserves of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and Russian businessmen to restore Ukraine will be made at the international level. This was announced to journalists on 20 April by the official representative of the country's Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

"We’re discussing this issue, the decision has not yet been made,” Johnson's representative said at a briefing, answering a question about whether London is ready to take such measures.

The British PM's office added that the decision will be made not at the national, but at the international level.
