April 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Khojasan above ground station of the third (Purple) line of the Baku Metro will be put into operation by the end of 2022, ABC.AZ was informed at the Baku Metro.

"On 19 April 2016, with the participation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, the opening of the first line of the Baku Metro for the period of independence and the third in a row - the Purple Line took place.

Two stations were put into operation on the Violet Line ("Avtovogzal" and "Memar Ajami"). Currently, the line includes 3 stations,” the Baku Metro informs.
