April 19, Fineko/abc.az. In some countries the rental prices have increased significantly in connection with the influx of Russians. Most often, the increase in prices for renting apartments and houses is observed in countries such as Turkey, Georgia, Armenia and Uzbekistan.

ABC.AZ reports that currently, rental housing in Turkey is 3-4-fold more expensive than at the end of February 2022.

For example, the number of requests from Russia has almost quadrupled in Antalya and Alanya.

If in 2021 it was possible to rent a house for 2,500-4,500 liras in the Konyaalti or Muratpasha districts popular among the Russian-speaking population, now the same offers cost 10,000-20,000 liras.

A similar situation is observed in Istanbul, Izmir, Fethiye and Bodrum.

If earlier the average rental price of housing in these cities ranged from 2,000 to 4,500 liras, now it reaches 10,000-22,000 liras.
