April 14, Fineko/abc.az. The total revenues of insurance companies operating in Azerbaijan in 2021 have been published.

ABC.AZ reports that the total capital of insurance companies for 2021 amounted to AZN 853.128 million (6.1% less than in 2020).

Last year, the total expenses of insurers decreased by 3.8% to AZN 773.16 million. 11 companies increased revenues, and 10 ones increased expenses.

By the end of 2021, the total financial profit of insurers reached AZN 79.967 million (24% less than a year earlier). Six companies increased financial profit, 9 companies had it reduced, 1 company received financial profit in 2021, and 4 companies that received financial profit in the previous year suffered financial losses last year.
