April 11, Fineko/abc.az. A residential building on Rustam Rustamov Street is being demolished in Nizami district of Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that this building is located at address: 88-98, Rustam Rustamov Street, Nizami District, Baku.

90 families have already been evicted from the building.

On the site of an unusable house, commissioned in 1960, a new one will be built that meets modern standards.

The evicted families will be paid 350 manats monthly for housing rent for two years while a new building is being constructed.

10 more houses on Rustam Rustamov Street will be demolished in stages: four houses at the first stage, and then six more.
