April 5, Fineko/abc.az. I met with Deputy PM on the occasion of reconstruction of Baku-Guba road.

ABC.AZ reports that MP Vahid Akhmedov stated about this at a Milli Majlis meeting.

Speaking about the fact that people do not want to use this road, the MP asked to allocate money for the repair of the road: “It is impossible to drive on this road at all. People don't want to use this road. They tell me that an alternative, toll road is being laid. But this road will not replace the previous one, because it runs directly to Khachmaz and the SDK. I’m once again addressing the Prime Minister in connection with the construction of the road. Everyone, be it the Prime Minister, deputy prime ministers or ministers, has villas in Guba, Gusar. They drive along this road themselves once or twice a week. Don't they see the condition of this road?

In general, the fact is that it is impossible to solve a number of issues in Azerbaijan without the president. If the Prime Minister of the state, his first deputy know the issue, do not solve it, I have to appeal to Mr. President with a request to resolve the issue of this road.”
