April 4, Fineko/abc.az. According to the World Organization for Animal Health, rabies disease has been registered in the regions of Mongolia: Bayankhongor, Gov-Altai, Zavkhan, Khovd, Selenge, Khentiy, Bulgan, Archangay, Khovsgel, Uvs, Bayan-Ulgiy and Darkhan-Uul.

ABC was informed at the Food Safety Agency that in order to protect the territory of Azerbaijan from infectious diseases of animals that can be transmitted from other countries, temporary restrictions have been imposed on the import of live animals, animal products and raw materials from these territories, as well as transit transportation.
