April 1, Fineko/abc.az. In March 2022, the monetary base in Azerbaijan increased by AZN 414 million or 3% up to AZN 14.359 bn.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that at the end of December 2021 the monetary base in Azerbaijan reached AZN 17.937 bn. Thus, the monetary base decreased by 20% for Jan-Mar 2022.

In 2021, the monetary base in Azerbaijan grew by 32.2%.
