Ambassador said in which case number of Russian tourists coming to Azerbaijan to increase

March 30, Fineko/abc.az. The number of tourists visiting Azerbaijan from Russia has decreased because of the pandemic.

ABC.AZ reports that Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharnikov stated about this at a press conference.

He added that Azerbaijan has always been attractive to Russia in the field of tourism.

"However, the opening of the land border, as well as the launch of payment card Mir, could help increase the influx of Russian tourists to Azerbaijan," the ambassador emphasized.
