March 28, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree approving the upper limit of the ratio of the non-oil base deficit of the consolidated budget to non-oil GDP and public debt to GDP for the medium term, as well as the upper limit of the ratio of the non-oil base deficit of the consolidated budget to non-oil GDP at the end of 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that the upper limit of the ratio of the non-oil base deficit of the consolidated budget to non-oil GDP for the medium term is set at 20%, and at the end of 2022 - 27.5%.

In addition, the upper limit of the ratio of public debt to GDP for the medium term is set at 20%.

The Cabinet Ministers has been instructed to resolve issues arising from the decree.
