March 28, Fineko/abc.az. Gazprom continues to deliver Russian gas for transit to Europe through the territory of Ukraine on a regular basis.

ABC.AZ reports that holding’s official representative Sergey Kupriyanov stated about this to journalists.

He added that Gazprom supplies Russian gas for transit through the territory of Ukraine in the normal mode in accordance with the requests of European consumers - 109.5 million cu m as of 28 March.

As of 27 March, applications amounted to 109.6 million cu m.

In general, Europe has recently significantly increased the purchase of gas from Russia against the background of rising spot prices due to the cold snap, lack of wind, as well as due to the aggravation of the situation in Ukraine.
