ABC.AZ reports that according to real estate expert Elnur Farzaliyev, the demand for land plots and private houses begins in the spring months and lasts until August.

Since the weather is mild and warm during these seasons, people start construction and can complete it within three to four months: "Every year in the spring and summer season, there is also an increase in prices due to an increase in demand for land plots. There are few territories suitable for construction left in Baku and Absheron. Prices for these plots are also growing from year to year," Farzaliyev said.
