March 16, Fineko/abc.az. The State Statistics Committee has published the number of recipients of benefits in the country.
ABC.AZ reports that with the exception of data on contributions for mandatory state social insurance, in 2021 the lump-sum benefits were given to 64,800 families for the birth of 66,200 children, 4,000 radiation accident victims for treatment and 7,300 to the persons released from serving sentences in penitentiary institutions.
As of 1 January 2022, 194,000 members of 44,700 low-income families received targeted state social assistance, and its average monthly amount per person was 64.29 manats.
Along with this, presidential scholarships were awarded to 299,300 persons from various categories.
