March 10, Fineko/abc.az. Car producer Lada has suspended the manufacture against the background of the growing isolation of Russia, ABC.AZ reports with reference to BBC.

As a result of Western sanctions, the company can no longer assemble the necessary parts and accessories.

The company belongs to French automaker Renault, but its cars are assembled by domestic automaker AvtoVAZ. Last year, 21% of car sales in Russia accounted for Lada.
