March 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank, the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan (ABA) and the Department of Information & Communication Technologies of the Ministry of Justice held an online meeting, ABC.AZ reports with reference to ABA.
The meeting was organized to discuss legal and technical issues on the organization of mutual integration of relevant information systems and electronic exchange of information between debtors in connection with the submission of enforcement documents for compulsory execution and obtaining information on the balances of all types of bank accounts (account number, account type, amount of funds in the account) based on the request of an executive officer.
Issues related to the mutual integration of information systems, procedures for obtaining the required information, procedures for transmitting information, obligations imposed on the parties were discussed at the meeting, answers were given to questions of interest to the parties.
