March 2, Fineko/abc.az. An amendment to Article 22 of the Law on State Duty (rates of state duty for the issuance of licenses for licensed types of entrepreneurial activity) has been proposed. So, these changes are reflected in the amount of some duties.
ABC.AZ reports that taking into account the relevant amendments, the amount of the state duty will be reduced by 10 times - from 50,000 to 5,000 manats, with the replacement of phrase "national TV broadcasting" for "national terrestrial TV broadcaster".
The draft amendments to the law were discussed at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship and recommended to the Milli Majlis plenary session.
