Oil gets more expensive, and Brent is at $103.15 a barrel

February 28, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for benchmark oil are steadily growing in Monday's trading.

By 9:07 a.m., at the London ICE Futures Exchange the April’s Brent crude futures rose by $5.22 (5.33%) up to $103.15 per barrel. Following the trading on 25 February, the price of Brent crude futures for April fell by $1.15 (1.16%) to $97.93 per barrel.

By 9:07 a.m., at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for April soared in price by $5.37 (5.86%) up to $96.96 per barrel. Following the trading on 25 February, the price of April’s WTI oil futures fell by $1.22 (1.32%) to $91.59 per barrel.

UK’s BP announced on Sunday that it would sell 19.75% of Rosneft's shares and withdraw from other Russian joint ventures with the company.
