February 24, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with Presidential Decree from 7 October 2021 “On some issues related to the regulation of land relations” the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy has so far documented 4,500 shared lands, ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry.

Citizens who have not received title documents can use registration services for an extract of shared ownership, free of charge, by presenting an identity card.

As of 23 February of this year, 10,420 applications were accepted, on the basis of which the right of ownership of citizens for 4,484 land plots was registered in the state register of real estate.

Documents on the property rights of other citizens whose application has been accepted by the Service will be submitted within the time period corresponding to the legislation.

In general, at the expense of state funds, documentation of land plots not secured by property documents is provided for about 50,000 families.
