February 21, Fineko/abc.az. Last year, Azerbaijan exported tomatoes to Russia for $157.559 million (AZN 267.85 million).

ABC.AZ informs that our country’s exports of fresh or chilled tomatoes to Russia for 2021 totaled 140,110 tons (22.1% less on volume and 20.2% less on value versus 2020).

Tomato exports to Russia made up 87.4% of Azerbaijan’s total tomato exports.

Last year, Azerbaijan delivered 145,217 tons of tomatoes to foreign markets for totally $160.229 million (AZN 272.389 million). Compared with 2020, the figure decreased by 22.6% in terms of volume and by 20.4% in terms of value.
