February 16, Fineko/abc.az. The State Housing Construction Agency of Azerbaijan (MIDA) has been instructed to build a residential quarter, the foundation of which was laid by President Ilham Aliyev on 18 October 2021.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to MIDA that an open tender procedure has already been announced for the vertical layout of a residential area. Currently, the preparation of design and estimate documentation for apartment buildings in the residential quarter is underway. After the state examination of the documents, open tenders for construction work will be declared.
