February 15, Fineko/abc.az. The procedure for issuing permits for the operation of a construction facility is being improved.

ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the Draft Amendments to the Urban Planning & Construction Code, which was submitted for discussion in the 1st reading at today's parliament session.

According to the draft, it is proposed to introduce Article 102.4-3 into the Urban Planning & Construction Code.

The proposed revision proceeds from the incompleteness of Article 102.4-2 of the current version of the Code and is of the nature of improvement. According to Article 102.4-2, after the customer submits a document confirming the fact of payment of the state fee, the permit for commissioning of the construction object is submitted to the customer no later than 2 working days or sent by registered mail.
