February 15, Fineko/abc.az. The average cost of private houses and dachas in Baku has been announced.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan, in January 2022, the average price per sq m of private and country houses in the capital was 842 manats, that is by 2.6% less than in December 2021 and 8.6% lower against January 2021.

The average cost of a private house in the capital was 179,726 manats. This means that prices increased by 1.1% month-on-month and by 12.1% year-on-year.

The price per sq m of luxury housing in Baku was 1,701 manats. Its cost increased by 2% in monthly comparison and by 3% in annual comparison.
