February 14, Fineko/abc.az. Land plots in Baku have decreased in price.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijani Society of Appraisers that the average price for a hundred of plots of land in the capital in January 2022 was 18,421 manats.

For comparison, this price is 0.1% less than in the previous month (December 2021), and 5% less than in January 2021.

This suggests that there is a gradual decline in prices on the land market. The average price for a hundred of plots of land for the relevant period of last year was 19,390 manats. In December 2021, this price was 18,446 manats.
