February 10, Fineko/abc.az. Financial assistance in the amount of 200 manats to be given to pension recipients on an insurance basis will be added to the pension of most pension recipients.

ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by Musa Guliyev, the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Labor & Social Policy.

He noted that this assistance will not cover pensioners receiving an allowance to the official salary.

"And this is about 90,000 people. That is, it will affect more than 1.1 million pensioners. The recipients of surcharges are former MPs, judges, prosecutors, some groups of military personnel, employees of the highest ranks of the civil service. Their pensions are high, and therefore this assistance of 200 manats does not apply to them,” Guliyev said.
