February 10, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed the decree on the amendments to the Presidential Decree #844 from 24 January 2003 "On improvement of the structure of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan".

According to the changes, SOCAR will have not one, but two first vice-presidents.

SOCAR's activities are managed by the company's board. The company’s board consists of 15 members appointed by the country’s president – the president of the company, two first vice-presidents and 12 vice-presidents.
