February 4, Fineko/abc.az. Currently, subsidiaries of two Turkish banks – Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan and Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan are operating in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that last year the total loan portfolio of the above-said two banks increased by AZN 98.46 million up to AZN 406.126 million.

Thus, the loans given to customers by Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan grew by AZN 72.9 million, or 46% in 2021 (compared with 2020) up to AZN 231.2 million.

The loans given by Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan to customers in 2021, increased by AZN 25.56 million, or by 17.1% (against 2020) up to AZN 174.914 million.
