Prior Credit’s authorized capital has grown 10-fold up to AZN 3 million

February 3, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of NBCO Prior Credit (a subsidiary of Prior Leasing LLC) has been increased by AZN 2.7 million, or 10-fold up to AZN 3 million.

ABC.AZ informs that Prior Credit, established in May 2020. Its 100% shareholder is Prior Leasing LLC.

The regulator received a license from the Central Bank in four months after the creation of the NBCO.
