December 29, Fineko/abc.az. To date, ASAN Xidmət centers have received more than 49 million applications from more than 7.67 million citizens, ABC.AZ was informed at the State Agency for Citizen Services & Social Innovations under the Presidential Administration.

According to the surveys conducted, the coefficient of satisfaction of citizens with services is 99.5%.

The State Agency for Citizen Services & Social Innovations and its subordinate centers ASAN Xidmət were established in compliance with Presidential Decree #685 from 13 July 2012.

December 29 is the professional holiday of ASAN Xidmət centers’ employees.
