December 14, Fineko/abc.az. The draft amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences have been discussed in the 1st reading at today's Milli Majlis session.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the amendment, a new article (428-1 violation of tourism legislation) is added to the Code.

In compliance with the new article, individuals will be fined 1,000 manats and legal entities 2,000 manats for sale of a travel package by a tour operator or travel agent without concluding a civil liability insurance contract with an insurer.
