December 3, Fineko/abc.az. Some proposals have been submitted to the parliament and have been adopted.

ABC.AZ presents these proposals.

The VAT refund mechanism will not apply to cars, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products;

An excise tax will be applied to electronic cigarettes;

Import and sale of hybrid cars, sale of electric vehicles will be exempt from VAT;

Excise tax rates will be increased for passenger cars with engine capacity of more than 3,000 cc and for old cars;

Excise taxes on vodka, liqueur and cognac will be increased;

The limit of the need criterion is defined at the level of 200 manats;

The living wage was raised up to 210 manats.
