President signs an order in connection with Kerim Veliyev

November 23, Fineko/abc.az President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on Lt-Gen Kerim Veliyev.
 
ABC.AZ reports that according to the order, Kerim Veliyev was awarded the highest military rank Colonel-General.
