November 15, Fineko/abc.az. The demolition of ‘Khrushchvka’ houses began in Yasamal district of Baku, at the intersection of A.M.Sharifzade and I.Talibli Streets. ABC.AZ reports that it is planned to construct residential and non-residential buildings on the site of the demolished Khrushchka buildings. According to the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture, the territorial planning documents submitted as part of the construction permit were approved in accordance with regulatory requirements. "Currently, reviews of relevant government agencies are being collected to obtain a construction permit. Smartdom LLC plans to build residential and non-residential buildings at the specified address."
