November 12, Fineko/abc.az. The opening ceremony of the new building of the Secretariat of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States (CCTS) has taken place in Istanbul. ABC.AZ reports that the opening ceremony was attended by President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey, President Gasim-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan, President Sadyr Zhaparov of Kyrgyzstan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan, Prime Minister Viktor Orban of Hungary and CCTS Secretary General Bagdad Amreev. The heads of state and government raised the national flags of the countries in front of the building and cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the new building of the Secretariat.
