November 11, Fineko/abc.az. In Ukraine, an Azerbaijani has been appointed Deputy Minister of Energy.
ABC.AZ reports that Farid Safarov was appointed to this post.
Prior to this appointment, Safarov was the general director of the Department of Digital Infrastructure of Transport & Postal Services at the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
