Period for refund of state duty reduced

November 1, Fineko/abc.az. The period for the refund of incorrectly withheld or overpaid state duty will be reduced. 

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on State Duty, discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship. 

According to the amendment, improperly withheld or overpaid state duty will be returned to the payer of the state duty within 20 days upon his application. 
Previously, this period was 45 days.
