September 13, Fineko/abc.az. In August 2021, prices for private houses and cottages in Baku increased by 6.76% on the monthly basis and compared with the same term of 2020 the increase made up 5.39%.

This was announced by Nusrat Ibragimov, the chairman of the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers, CEO of consulting & appraisal company MBA, and expert on the real estate market.

"Prices for renting private houses and cottages for the month decreased by 0.66%, and compared with the same period of last year by 7.69%," Ibragimov emphasized.
