September 8, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jul 2021 money transfers for 8.58 million Kazakhstani tenge (AZN 34.326 million) were carried out from Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan within the framework of 19,500 transactions.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the estimates of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, this indicator increased by 11.1% compared with the same term of last year.

The money transfers from Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan for Jan-Jul made up 1.6% of the total volume of money transfers from Kazakhstan (0.4% less year-on-year).

In July alone the money transfers for 1.198 million tenge (AZN 4.79 million) were sent from Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan within the framework of 3,000 transactions (13.4% less than in June and 0.3% less than in July 2020).

In July alone the money transfers from the country to Azerbaijan amounted to 1.3% of the total volume of money transfers abroad, which, although it did not change in monthly comparison, but it became 0.5% less year-on-year.
